Staff members from local business Pohlmans Nursery were sprouting more than seedlings this November!
Several of the nursery’s staff participated in Movember – a movement committed to changing the face of men’s health and help fund programs working to improve the lives of men affected by prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health issues.
The total amount donated was $5,467.00, with one staff member raising $2,257.64 alone, and Pohlmans donating $2,000 to the total.
This follows a donation to the McGrath Foundation this year of $1,694.25 from the sale of Pohlmans Roses and other events.
